Job summary

Trend Studio Bali, based in Bali, is seeking a hands-on HR Coordinator to manage end-to-end HR processes, strengthen workplace safety, and uphold Indonesian employment regulations in a garment and factory setting.

The role collaborates with production leaders, handles compliance, onboarding, attendance, and training, and helps build a respectful, safe, and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in garment, textile, manufacturing, or factory environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and Indonesian labor practices.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Firm but fair when handling employee discipline and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, attendance, performance, disciplinary action, and offboarding
• Ensure employees understand and consistently follow company SOPs, policies, work rules, and standards
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, performance, and workplace behavior
• Handle employee relations, complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary matters fairly and professionally
• Work closely with department managers and supervisors to address employee performance and compliance issues
• Conduct regular workplace checks and help ensure factory safety, cleanliness, housekeeping, and proper use of PPE
• Coordinate employee training, including SOP, workplace safety, and company policy training
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian employment regulations
• Support management in building a safe, respectful, accountable, and productive workplace culture

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, attendance, performance, disciplinary action, and offboarding
