Job summary

Pintarnya is hiring for HR Operations to oversee end-to-end payroll, lifecycle administration, and data accuracy for a high-volume blue-collar workforce in Jakarta. You will lead the HR Operations team, drive digitalization, and implement scalable processes across onboarding, agreements, and offboarding.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in HR Operations or C&B with hands-on payroll, plus Indonesian labor-law familiarity and strong data management capabilities.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll experience for mid-to-large scale workforce.
• Led or supervised a team (even small) for 1+ year.
• Solid Indonesian payroll knowledge (BPJS, proration, final pay, PPh 21).
• Basic Indonesian labor law and employment/partnership agreements.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with large datasets.
• Proven track record of fixing or redesigning HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Simplify compensation & benefits structure for a large blue-collar workforce and create clear policies.
• Run accurate, on-time monthly payroll end to end.
• Own onboarding, agreements, movements, and offboarding lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate HR data in the system.
• Lead HR Operations digitalization for scalable, efficient workflows.
• Develop the HR Operations team with clear SOPs and SLAs.

Job description

Key responsibilities

1. Simplify blue-collar workforce Compensation & Benefits structure and create clear policies for a massive scale of workforce.
2. Run accurate, on-time monthly payroll end to end.
3. Own the full blue-collar workforce lifecycle administration: onboarding, agreements and letters, movements, and offboarding.
4. Keep blue-collar workforce HR-related data accurate in the system.
5. Lead HR Operations digitalization to ensure smooth, scalable, and efficient ways of working within the function.
6. Lead and develop the HR Operations team, with clear SOPs, SLAs and fast stakeholder issue resolution.

Requirements

1. 3–4 years in HR Operations or Compensation & Benefits, with hands-on end-to-end payroll for mid-to-large scale of workforce.
2. At least 1 year formally leading or supervising a team, even a small one.
3. Solid Indonesian payroll knowledge, including incentives, proration, final pay and BPJS, plus a working understanding of PPh 21.
4. Basic Indonesian labor law and employment or partnership agreements.
5. Advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort with large datasets.
6. A track record of fixing or redesigning HR processes, with measurable results.
7. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and working English.
8. Strongly preferred: experience with high-volume blue-collar workforces (retail, F&B, multifinance, logistics, security, outsourcing).
9. Nice to have: HRIS experience, automation or AI tools, and financial services or OJK-regulated industry background.
