Job summary

PT Peoplyee Tech Indonesia is seeking a diligent administrator to support the Sales team and coordinate executive communications. The role requires you to accompany Japanese clients and guests on visits and meetings in Jakarta, and to serve as interpreter for Japanese management and partners.

Candidates should have JLPT N2, prior secretary or interpreter experience, and strong skills in Microsoft Office. The position is based in Jakarta, with potential for travel as required.

• Experience as Secretary or attendant/interpreter for Japanese clients or visitors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
