Job summary

SPX Express in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead end-to-end Culture, Employee Engagement, and Employer Branding initiatives. You will diagnose issues, design strategic solutions, and drive execution within set timelines.

You will analyse employee data, gather insights, and partner with leaders to implement data-driven interventions that improve engagement and organisational performance across regional and local teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in psychology, HR, business, social sciences or related fields.
• 4–7 years of HR or HR consulting experience with leadership of culture/engagement/branding initiatives.
• Strong end-to-end project management from inception to evaluation.
• Analytical skills to derive insights from employee data for interventions.
• Proficient in written and spoken English for regional/local collaboration.

• Lead end-to-end HR projects across Culture, Employee Engagement, and Employer Branding within specified project timelines, from problem diagnosis and solution design to execution and impact evaluation


• Identify employee and organisational pain points by analysing data, employee insights, and stakeholder inputs, translating findings into actionable strategies and targeted interventions


• Design and execute culture, engagement, and employer branding initiatives aligned with business priorities and organisational goals


• Manage multiple project streams simultaneously while navigating cross-functional dependencies, competing priorities, and operational ambiguity


• Partner with HR stakeholders, business leaders, and employees to align project objectives, facilitate decision-making, and ensure seamless execution


• Evaluate project effectiveness and continuously optimise interventions based on data analytics, feedback mechanisms, and measurable business impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, business administration, social sciences, or other related fields


• 4–7 years of relevant professional experience in HR or HR consulting, with demonstrated track record in leading end-to-end Culture, Employee Engagement, and/or Employer Branding initiatives


• Strong end-to-end project management capability, with experience driving strategic HR programs from inception to post-implementation evaluation


• Solid analytical skills with proven capability to gather insights from employee data to design structured, data-driven interventions


• Proficiency in written and spoken English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across regional and local stakeholders
