Job summary

FOLX in Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking an HR & People Operations Manager to own end-to-end HR across the group's divisions, with a heavy emphasis on building the talent engine behind our live commerce operation. This is a hands-on, on-site role based in Green Lake City, Cipondoh, Tangerang.

You will run full-cycle recruitment for multiple divisions, with live host and talent hiring as the top priority and build a recruitment pipeline that keeps pace with how fast the group is growing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HR or equivalent role.
• Preferred background in MCN/live commerce or e-commerce brands.
• End-to-end recruitment for live host/talent roles.
• Knowledge of KPI/OKR and performance reviews.
• Experience with Mekari Talenta is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR across divisions for scalability.

• Address employee relations, discipline, and concerns.

Role Description

HR & People Operations Manager owns end-to-end HR across the group's divisions, with a heavy emphasis on building the talent engine behind our live commerce operation. This is a hands-on, on-site role based in Green Lake City, Cipondoh, Tangerang.

You will run full-cycle recruitment for multiple divisions, with live host and talent hiring as the top priority and build a recruitment pipeline that keeps pace with how fast the group is growing. You will help design and run our KPI/OKR framework and performance review cycle, keep HRIS (Mekari Talenta) clean and current across attendance, leave, and employee data, and handle employee relations issues including discipline, workplace conflict, and internal communication. You will develop the policies, SOPs, and HR systems the company needs to operate in a more orderly and scalable way, and you will supervise and support the GA team on office and daily operational needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HR, People Operations, GA, or a comparable role.
• Preferred background in MCN, live commerce agency, talent agency, retail, or e-commerce brands.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, particularly for live host and talent positions.
• Working knowledge of KPI/OKR, performance review, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Experience with HRIS Talenta is an advantage.
• Familiar with candidate assessment methods such as behavioral interviewing, psychometric testing, or similar structured approaches.
• Able to handle people issues firmly, objectively, and communicatively.
• Detail-oriented and organized in administrative work.
• High integrity, honest, and trustworthy.
• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus; relevant experience matters more.
