Job summary

PT BOYNCOW is seeking an HR & Finance Officer to support day-to-day HR and finance operations. You will work closely with management and staff to ensure HR administration, payroll support, employee records, and financial documentation are accurate and efficiently handled.

The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, attendance, leaves, payroll data, and benefits, while also supporting recruitment and performance processes in a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen and Bali resident or willing to relocate.
• 2–3 years in HR, Finance, Administration or similar roles.
• Experience with HR, payroll and Xero & Jurnal accounting software is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support HR administration, payroll, employee records and related documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll information and benefits administration.
• Assist with recruitment activities and interviews.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
