Job summary

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala is seeking an HR Senior Staff to manage end-to-end HR operations in Bali. The role covers attendance data for payroll, lifecycle admin, BPJS registrations, and engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.

Candidate should have 3–4 years of HR experience, strong data skills, and proficiency in Excel/HRIS. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential in this dynamic hospitality and retail group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Law, or related field.
• 3–4 years of proven HR staff/generalist experience.
• Strong data analytical skills with deadline orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HRIS.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• High integrity and confidentiality toward company data.

Responsibilities

• Accurately manage and reconcile attendance, leave, permit, and overtime data for payroll.
• Prepare, update, and document personnel changes (hiring, contracts, promotions, transfers, resignations).
• Issue exit clearance forms, conduct exit interviews, and publish farewell announcements.
• Register and update BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan for departing employees.
• Schedule and execute monthly employee engagement activities (e.g., Market Day).
• Design training schedules and conduct orientation programs for new hires.
• Process cash advances and petty cash for HR activities and settlements.
• Maintain KPI tracking data for direct reporting to the HR Manager.
