Job summary

Wedison is seeking an experienced HR Manager to supervise daily HR operations in Bali, ensuring efficient processes across recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation in line with labor regulations.

You will monitor attendance, payroll data, employee relations, performance reviews, training, and records, while leading a team with strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily HR operations with efficient processes.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, screening, interviews, selection, onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, payroll data, and HR admin.
• Handle employee relations, concerns, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation, performance reviews, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support development and implementation of performance management systems.
• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.
