Job summary

H-ostel Bali is seeking an HR Generalist to support performance appraisal implementation, identify training needs, and ensure policies comply with Indonesian labor laws.

You will manage recruitment, employee relations, and maintain confidential HR data, payroll, BPJS, and attendance systems, collaborating across departments to run HR operations and events.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 2–3 years experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of working experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Strong and up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws and regulations.
• Hands-on experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and basic compensation/benefits.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS or attendance systems.
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality and integrity regarding employee and company data.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Performance Appraisal and assist in identifying training and development needs.
• Ensure all HR policies, company regulations, and practices comply with the latest labor laws.
• Prepare regular HR metrics and reports for management review and decision-making.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Handle employee relations by bridging communication between management and employees to maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee and maintain employee administrative data, including attendance, leave, overtime, and contract renewals (PKWT/PKWTT).
• Manage company compensation and benefits administration, including payroll data recapitulation and BPJS processes.
• Coordinate with all departments to support overall HR operations and company internal events.
• Carry out other HR generalist and operational tasks assigned by the management.
