Job summary

PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia seeks a Head Assistant HR to support the Sr Manager HR in daily operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and implement HR programs designed by senior leadership. You will directly support people managers and oversee frontline HR personnel.

Responsibilities include daily HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, talent acquisition for junior to mid-level roles, performance management, and ensuring accurate HRIS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional HR certification is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years’ HR experience, preferably in palm oil plantation industries.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, benefits, and industrial relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and benefits administration.
• Manage recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level roles and onboarding.
• Support performance management cycles and PIP processes.
• Ensure accurate HRIS data and maintain employee records.
