Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business admin, or related field.

• Experience in a lean, multinational organization with regional reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, job postings, interviews, onboarding coordination.
• Oversee employee records and compliance with local labour regulations.
• Support payroll administration and employee benefits management.
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
• Implement training and development programmes to enhance skills.
• Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning needs.
• Monitor HR policies to align with company objectives.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
