Job summary

Shangri-La Jakarta is seeking an HR professional to support the Director of HR in daily operations and administration.

This role focuses on policy implementation, manpower planning, employee development, and maintaining a positive workplace environment, with responsibility for HR reports and insights for management.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3–5 years in HR, preferably hospitality, with strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and administration.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Proficient English in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and HR administration.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
• Provide guidance to colleagues and Department Heads on HR matters.
• Support manpower planning, employee development, and career progression.
• Contribute to creating a positive workplace environment and HR reporting insights.
