Job summary

Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers is seeking an Assistant Director of Human Resources to support the Director in executing HR strategies that attract, retain, and develop premier talent in Bandung, Indonesia. You will oversee recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and training to enable business success.

This management role requires strong compliance with SOPs and applicable regulations, and a focus on developing HR programs that enhance employee engagement and operational excellence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years HR/management experience, or a 2-year degree with 2 years HR/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of HR in implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.
• Lead daily HR operations including recruitment, total compensation, employee relations, and training and development.
• Ensure compliance with policies and SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, interviews, and offers, and monitor performance management and development plans.
