Job summary

Qualifications

• Reside in Bali.

• Experience in recruitment, payroll administration, BPJS, and PPh 21.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and documentation.
• Monitor attendance, schedules, leave, and working hours using GreatDay HRIS and fingerprint system.
• Prepare and verify payroll data on time.
• Manage BPJS and PPh 21 administration.
• Maintain confidential employee records.
• Support daily HR operations and employee communication.
