Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. (SUMMARECON MALL MAKASSAR) seeks an Officer - Human Resource to manage HR administration, employee data, attendance, and leaves, and to support recruitment and onboarding.

Fresh graduates are welcome; the role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills, with the ability to implement HR programs and activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in HR/ Recruitment / HR Admin is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Able to manage employee administration, recruitment processes, employee data, and support HR programs and activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical thinking; detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality of employee data.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR administration including managing employee data, attendance, leaves, and other administrative requirements.
• Support recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Coordinate with employees and departments to fulfill administrative requirements and employee service needs.
• Support the implementation of HR programs including engagement, training, performance management, and internal activities.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee data and documents accurately and in line with procedures.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or HR Administration will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Able to manage employee administration, recruitment processes, employee data, and support the implementation of HR programs and activities.

Job Description:
