Job summary

Job description

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Management, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Administration or Human Resources
• Good understanding of attendance, leave administration, and employee data management
• Payroll experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of salary and overtime calculations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain data accuracy
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards using Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Looker Studio) is preferred
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
