Job summary

CAHAYA PRIMA SENTOSA, PT is seeking an Operations Manager in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role requires strong HR leadership to drive planning, recruitment, compensation design, and policy implementation within an ISO-certified printing and packaging company.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years HR experience, official English proficiency, and the ability to develop SOPs, job descriptions, and training programs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Psychology preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience.
• Leadership qualities; independent, honest, team player, proactive, assertive, responsive, capable under pressure.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Possess a thorough understanding of Indonesian labor laws.
• Master HR planning and recruitment and selection process.
• Develop compensation and benefits strategies, grading systems, job evaluation processes, and salary structure designs.
• Provide management with information regarding the status of subordinates or act as liaison between employees and management.
• Establish effective HR practices, such as SOPs, job descriptions, and training and development programs.
• Formulate short-term plans for tasks assigned by superiors.
• Enforce company policies and regulations.
• Resolve routine day-to-day issues.
