Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is expanding and is looking for a Payroll Staff to join their HR Team at the Head Office in East Jakarta. The role involves processing payroll, managing employee data, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and have 2-3 years of payroll experience, especially in manufacturing. Strong Excel skills and good English communication are essential.

The position is full-time, onsite, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Staff Payroll, preferably in manufacturing.
• Understanding of OMNIBUS and labor laws.
• Good English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and punctually.
• Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS and payroll system.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
