Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Operations professional for our South Jakarta site. This full-time role focuses on delivering efficient HR operations, handling records, payroll support, onboarding, and employee inquiries to enhance the employee experience.

You will manage HRIS, reports, and policies while collaborating across teams to ensure compliant and smooth HR service delivery in a dynamic Jakarta environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or experience in HR operations and administration.
• Proven experience in HR operations or similar HR function.
• Strong proficiency with HRIS and MS Office applications (Excel/Word).
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Clear written and spoken English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, documentation, and HR information systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Process payroll-related matters, leave requests, benefits, and lifecycle transactions with precision.
• Coordinate recruitment support activities including scheduling, interviews, and onboarding.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to policy and benefits inquiries.
• Maintain HR databases and generate reports to aid decision-making.
• Assist with HR events, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures across HR operations.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline processes and service delivery.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
