Responsibilities

• Lead an initial assessment of the HR department and propose improvements.
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance/leave, employee records, and compliance.
• Lead headcount planning and end-to-end recruitment via portals or agencies.
• Own compensation and benefits, salary benchmarking, and salary structure reviews.
• Manage employee relations and engagement programs.
• Design and drive the annual appraisal cycle, including KPI setting and calibration.
• Plan welfare programs and team-building activities to support morale and retention.
