Qualifications

• Strong practical capability across core Human Resources activities.
• Experience managing recruitment and workforce planning activities.
• Knowledge and proven track record of local labour law, employee relations processes and policy application.
• Ability to interpret HR data and prepare clear reports for business stakeholders.
• Experience working with stakeholders to address people-related priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead core Human Resources activities to support consistent people practices across the organisation.
• Work with business stakeholders to align HR priorities with operational needs in the manufacturing sector.
• Oversee workforce planning activities to help teams maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Guide recruitment processes to help attract and appoint suitable employees for business requirements.
• Manage industrial relations and employee relations matters with clear, fair and practical guidance.
• Review HR policies and procedures to ensure they remain clear, relevant and applied consistently.
• Monitor HR data and reports to identify trends and support informed workforce decisions.
