Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, management, business administration, law, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, employment contracts, BPJS, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, probation, employee development, retention, and offboarding.
• Manage employee administration, contracts, attendance, leave, payroll preparation, and BPJS administration.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, counseling, warning letters, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure company policies and employment practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, job descriptions, and organizational structures.
• Coordinate KPI setting, performance reviews, probation evaluations, and development plans.
• Identify manpower and competency needs based on business priorities.
• Supervise and direct HR team members.
• Work with management to address organizational issues affecting performance.
• Translate management decisions into clear action plans, workflows, and follow-up mechanisms.
