Job summary

PT. Stellaris Technology Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to design and implement comprehensive HR policies, SOPs, and people strategies that align with business goals.

You will partner with management as an HR Business Partner, guiding recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and workforce planning. The role oversees employee relations, payroll, benefits, attendance, BPJS, and HR administration, driving organizational development and engagement initiatives while supervising

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in psychology, HR, law, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law, industrial relations, payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.
• Experience in HR policy development, organizational development, and HRBP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and people management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Act as HR Business Partner to management and provide recommendations on organizational and employee-related matters.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations, industrial relations, disciplinary actions, and ensure labor-regulation compliance.
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance management, BPJS, and HR administration.
• Drive organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
• Lead, guide, coach, and develop the HR Officer to ensure effective HR operations and continuous improvement.
• Serve as main liaison between local operations and HQ on HR and administrative matters.
• Manage company licenses, permits, and other administrative compliance requirements.
