Job summary

HiWork provides global employment and payroll services for companies expanding overseas. The Indonesia team seeks a bilingual Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia speaker to support day-to-day HR operations for a Chinese retail client.

You will collaborate with the client's HR team, store managers and HiWork colleagues to handle employee-related matters and coordinate progress with the client. Fresh graduates or those with 1–3 years of experience are welcome; prior HR experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Mandarin suitable for daily work with HSK 4+ level practical communication.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia for clear communication with colleagues and clients.
• Attention to detail, sense of responsibility and willingness to learn HR processes.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and office tools for organizing information.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience or fresh graduates with internship experience.
• Previous HR experience not required; diverse backgrounds welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day communication with client HR team, store managers and management.
• Employee administration including onboarding, offboarding and information changes.
• Enter and update employee records in our systems, verify documents.
• Coordinate with HiWork colleagues and share progress with the client.

You will work with the client's HR team, store managers and management team, assist with employee-related matters, and coordinate with colleagues at HiWork. What You Will Do / 你将参与的工作

Day-to-day communication: Communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia with the client's HR team, store managers and management team to understand and support their day-to-day HR needs.

Employee administration: Assist with onboarding, offboarding and employee information changes, and organise the relevant documents.
人事手续：协助办理员工入职、离职及信息变更，整理相关资料与文件。

Employee records: Enter and update employee information in our systems, check documents and maintain accurate records.
信息维护：在系统中录入和更新员工信息，做好资料核对与日常记录。

Team coordination: Communicate client requests to HiWork colleagues, follow up on progress and share updates with the client.
团队协调：与 HiWork 内部同事沟通客户需求，跟进办理进度并反馈结果。

Client relationships: Build positive working relationships with client teams and gather service feedback and input from frontline managers.
客户关系维护：与客户团队建立良好的工作联系，收集服务反馈及一线管理需求。

What We Are Looking For / 我们希望你具备

Mandarin suitable for daily work, with strong listening, speaking and reading skills at HSK Level 4 or above, or equivalent proficiency. An HSK certificate is not required; practical communication skills matter most.
中文能够作为工作语言，听、说、读熟练，达到 HSK 4 级及以上水平；证书非必须，重视实际沟通能力。

Fluent Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients from different backgrounds.
印尼语流利，能够清楚表达，并与不同背景的同事和客户沟通。

Attention to detail, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn HR processes and systems.
做事细致、有责任心，愿意学习人事流程及系统操作。

Basic proficiency in Excel, online spreadsheets and other office tools for organising information.

Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are welcome, as are fresh graduates with relevant internship experience.

Previous HR experience is not required. We welcome backgrounds in customer service, operations, administration, project support, business coordination or translation.

Experience working for a Chinese company or collaborating with Chinese and Indonesian teams.

Basic English communication skills. English is a plus, not a requirement.
