Job summary

Risun Group in Morowali Site, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, is seeking an HR professional to oversee daily HR operations. The role ensures SOP and Indonesian Labor Law compliance, acting as a bridge between management and staff, and handles recruitment, payroll, attendance, training, performance reviews, and employee relations.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end HR processes, preparing periodic HR reports, coordinating training, and leading a small HR team.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Psychology, Law, HRM, or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, payroll, and BPJS administration.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring SOP and Indonesian Labor Law compliance.
• Lead recruitment, payroll, attendance, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
• Communicate policies to employees and relay feedback to management.
• Prepare and analyze periodic HR reports to support decision making.
• Supervise HR team members and coordinate training programs.
• Travel domestically/overseas as required.

Responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Indonesian Labor Law, and acting as a liaison between management and employees. The primary responsibilities include managing recruitment, payroll, attendance, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations. 负责监督人力资源日常运营工作，确保各项工作符合公司标准操作流程（SOP）及印尼劳动法规定，并作为管理层与员工之间的沟通桥梁。主要职责包括招聘管理、薪酬核算、考勤管理、培训、绩效评估及员工关系管理等。

Ensure all HR processes run in accordance with established SOPs, including payroll, attendance, and employee administration. 确保所有人力资源相关流程按照既定SOP执行，包括薪酬、考勤及员工日常管理工作

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to hiring. 负责招聘全流程管理，包括候选人搜寻、面试安排及录用工作

Oversee employment contracts, leave records, and administration of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan. 负责劳动合同管理、员工请休假管理，以及社保相关事务管理

Manage the performance appraisal (PA) process. 负责绩效考核工作的组织与实施

Handle employee conflicts, disciplinary actions, and industrial relations matters. 处理员工争议、纪律处分及劳动关系相关事务

Communicate management policies to employees and provide feedback from employees to management. 负责上传下达管理层政策，并及时向管理层反馈员工意见与建议

Prepare, compile, and analyze periodic and monthly HR reports, ensuring data accuracy to support HR decision-making. 负责编制、统计、分析周期性及月度人事报表，确保数据的准确性，为人力资源决策提供支持

Coordinate and organize employee training programs based on company and departmental needs, including onboarding training, skill development, and evaluation of training effectiveness. 根据公司及各部门需求，组织实施员工培训工作，包括入职培训、技能提升培训及培训效果评估

Supervise and guide the daily performance of HR team members. 监督并指导人力资源团队成员的日常工作表现

Qualifications and Requirements 履历经验要求:

Min. Diploma degree (D3) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field. 专科及以上学历，心理学、法律、人力资源管理等相关专业

Experience in a HR compliance role through at least a minimum of 2 years related experience. 具备至少2年以上人力资源相关工作经验，熟悉人事合规管理优先

Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, payroll processes, and BPJS administration. 熟悉印尼劳动法、薪酬核算流程及社保相关政策

Fluency in Active Mandarin and Active English. 中文及英文读写口语流利

Excellent understanding, communication, organization and coordination skills, relationship building skills, and strong sense of teamwork. 具备良好的理解能力、沟通能力及组织协调能力，社交能力和团队合作意识强
