PT GFT Indonesia Investment is seeking an HR compliance and policy supervisor to oversee HR policies, administration, and audits.
Role requires English fluency, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Law/HRM, and 5–7 years in HR, preferably manufacturing, with BPJS and Disnaker audit experience.
Supervise the implementation of HR policies, company regulations, and HR SOPs.
Manage employment administration, including PKWT, PKWTT, contract extensions, employee transfers, and termination processes.
Monitor employee attendance, working hours, overtime, and production shift systems.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, BPJS Health & Employment, and K3 requirements.
Prepare and support internal and external audits, including audits by Manpower Office (Disnaker), BPJS, and relevant government authorities.
Conduct regular compliance checks and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
Handle employee disciplinary issues and support industrial relations dispute resolution.
Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready HR documentation.
Prepare and analyze HR and compliance reports to support management decision-making.
Requirements
Fluent in English is mandatory, with strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law or Human Resources Management.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience handling Disnaker and BPJS audits.
Able to work effectively under audit pressure.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS, and K3.
Understanding of factory operations and production shift systems.
Assertive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong integrity.
