Job summary

PT. Damai Indah Golf, Tbk is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions across our BSD Course in Tangerang Selatan and PIK Course in Jakarta Utara.

You will ensure compliant, efficient HR operations, support employees, and drive development aligned with our hospitality-focused goals. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field, with 5+ years in HR in hospitality and at least 3 years in a managerial role, covering

• Responsible for overseeing all Human Resources functions, ensuring effective HR operations, employee support, compliance with labor regulations, and continuous employee development to support the organization's goals.
