Job summary

Cocoon Medical Spa in Bali seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR across Legian, Ubud, Canggu, and the upcoming Cocoon Resort Bali in Jimbaran. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll, KPIs, policies, and compliance while ensuring excellent employee relations and performance management.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in HR Generalist or HR Management, fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, and strong leadership across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HR operations across all Bali branches (Legian, Ubud, Canggu, and upcoming Cocoon Resort).
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and talent acquisition.
• Develop and monitor employee KPIs and performance review systems.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and termination processes per Indonesian labor regulations.
• Oversee payroll, BPJS, attendance, contracts, and employee records.
• Supervise HR Compliance & Licensing, Talent Acquisition, and L&D functions.
• Develop, maintain, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
• Identify HR risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, turnover, and risks.
• Support HR preparation for Cocoon Resort Bali.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the HR function across Cocoon's multiple locations in Bali, including Legian, Ubud, Canggu, and the upcoming Cocoon Resort Bali in Jimbaran. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, payroll, attendance, HR policies & SOPs, training, compliance, and disciplinary processes.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage HR operations across all branches

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and talent acquisition

Develop and monitor employee KPIs and performance review systems

Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and termination processes in accordance with Indonesian labor regulations

Oversee payroll, BPJS, attendance, contracts, and employee records

Supervise HR Compliance & Licensing, Talent Acquisition, and L&D functions

Develop, maintain, and implement HR policies and SOPs

Identify HR risks and ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations

Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount, turnover, employee cases, and HR risks

Support HR preparation and integration for the upcoming Cocoon Resort Bali

About you

Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Management roles

Proven experience handling disciplinary and termination processes under Indonesian labor law

Good knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations

Experience managing HR across multiple locations is preferred

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken

Strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR operations

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Experience in hospitality, healthcare, clinic, or resort environments is an advantage
