Job summary

The Luxe Nomad is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions for our Bali villa portfolio. You will handle recruitment, contracts, payroll, compliance, and staff development across multiple properties.

Ideal candidates have 3-4 years of HR experience in hospitality, strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS, and PPh 21, and fluency in English and Indonesian. The role offers a competitive salary and a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS, and PPh 21.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia – written and spoken.

• Recruit, screen, and onboard staff across all departments and villa properties.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts in compliance with Indonesian Labor Law.
• Oversee monthly payroll, BPJS registration, PPh 21, and THR.
• Manage performance appraisals, disciplinary processes, and staff development.
• Maintain complete HR records for all employees.
• Liaise with villa owners on staffing matters and HR compliance.
• Develop and standardize HR policies and job descriptions across the portfolio.

Job description

You will oversee all HR functions across the company and our managed villa portfolio - from recruitment and employment contracts to payroll, compliance, and staff development.

Key responsibilities

Recruit, screen, and onboard staff across all departments and villa properties

Prepare and manage employment contracts (PKWT & PKWTT) in compliance with Indonesian Labor Law

Oversee monthly payroll, BPJS registration, PPh 21, and THR

Manage performance appraisals, disciplinary processes (SP-1/2/3), and staff development

Maintain complete and accurate HR records for all employees

Liaise with villa owners on staffing matters and HR compliance

Develop and standardize HR policies and job descriptions across the portfolio

About you

Minimum 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or villa management

Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS, and PPh 21

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia - written and spoken

Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident communicating at all levels

High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
