Job summary

Seven-Retail Group is seeking a senior HR leader to drive strategic and operational HR initiatives in Jakarta Pusat. You will partner with business leaders to scale recruitment, enhance employee capabilities, and optimize HR operations across multiple sites.

You will lead high-volume hiring for various operational roles, design scalable recruitment processes, and develop reporting systems to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, management, or related field.
• MBA and/or professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM, CHRP) is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience managing HR functions and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements
