KitaLulus is seeking a skilled HR Operations professional in Jakarta to manage daily HR activities, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations in line with Indonesian regulations. You will support performance management and workforce planning, while ensuring accurate HR records and policy adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, 3–5 years of HR experience, and fluent English. Strong communication and discretion with confidential information are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR / People Operations
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily HR operations, employee records, and HR documentation in compliance with Indonesian regulations
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Manage employee relations and support workplace issue resolution
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employment practices are properly implemented
• Support performance management, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives
• Provide HR guidance and support to leadership and operational teams
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR documentation
