Qualifications

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing HR operations for a remote or geographically dispersed workforce.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and experience with international employment considerations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR technology tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a remote setting.

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
