Pt Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (Mitara10) is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to lead remote HR operations for a distributed workforce. The role focuses on employee relations, policy implementation, compliance, and talent management for our remote teams worldwide.

You will oversee onboarding, performance management, and compensation programs, ensuring alignment with Indonesian labor laws and international considerations while promoting a strong virtual culture and independent work style.

Qualifications

Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior generalist/HR management.
Experience leading remote or distributed HR operations.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and international employment considerations.

Responsibilities

Lead remote HR operations for a distributed workforce.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and international regulations for remote workers.
Develop, implement and communicate HR policies for a remote work environment.
Oversee onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for remote staff.
Partner with leadership to drive talent management and organizational development initiatives.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to be competitive and equitable for remote employees.
Drive employee engagement and nurture a strong virtual company culture.
Utilize HRIS and HR tech to manage data and processes remotely.
