Job summary

PT Lami Packaging Indonesia in Cikande, Banten is seeking an HR Generalist Supervisor to oversee payroll, employee relations, records, and compliance in a manufacturing setting. The role bridges operational HR with senior management and requires Indonesian labour law knowledge and strong communication.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR generalist roles, supervisory experience, and SHRM or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years in HR generalist role with supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law and labour regulations
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interface with all levels
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Manufacturing or logistics sector experience is advantageous
• Fluency in Indonesian and English; other languages beneficial
• HR qualification/certification (SHRM or equivalent) preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations including payroll management, timekeeping, performance management, and employee relations
• Maintain accurate employee records compliant with Indonesian law and internal policies
• Address workplace concerns and facilitate disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies across HR functions
• Process and verify payroll information and benefits administration accurately
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions
• Mentor and supervise junior HR staff, guiding their development
• Collaborate with department managers on staffing needs and succession planning
