Job summary

PT Mega Global Food Industry (KOKOLA GROUP) seeks a qualified Personalia Supervisor to oversee personnel administration, payroll, industrial relations, and employee matters in accordance with company policy and Indonesian regulations.

Based in Gresik with placement in Driyorejo, East Java, you will lead the HR team, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage outsourcing, and ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Law.
• GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar HR/Personalia role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee administration and employment status.
• Monitor payroll, overtime, insurance, and related budgets.
• Handle and monitor industrial relations and employee-related cases.
• Manage outsourcing activities.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate team members.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on personnel matters.
