Job summary

RGf HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an HR Generalist (Recruitment, Development) for our manufacturing client in Semarang. You will manage HR admin tasks, drive end-to-end recruitment, and support HR development initiatives to enhance employee capability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree related to HR, high English proficiency, and at least 1 year in HR focusing on recruitment and development. You will handle onboarding and ensure compliance across processes.

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience, especially in Recruitment and HR Development.
• Experience managing full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for HR Generalist (Recruitment, Development)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities and ensure smooth execution of HR processes

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, selection coordination, and onboarding of new employees

Support the implementation of HR Development programs, including training coordination, training needs analysis, and employee development initiatives

Maintain, update, and regularly audit employee records and personnel documentation to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Prepare regular HR reports, employment-related correspondence, and other HR administrative documents

Support employee onboarding and other HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle

Ensure HR administrative processes comply with applicable labor laws, company policies, and regulations

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field

High Conversational English proficiency

Min. 1 year of working experience as HR, particularly in Recruitment and HR Development

Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding

Good understanding of HR Generalist processes and administrative functions

Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills
