Job summary

PT Ripoflex High Polymer is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR administration in our Indonesian operations.

You will source candidates, screen and interview, onboard new hires, manage employee records, and handle relations while ensuring labor regulation compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or Management, at least two years of HR experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR data management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and employee onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR administration, including employment contracts, attendance records, personnel documents, and other HR-related data.
• Support employee relations by handling employee inquiries, workplace issues, disciplinary matters, and other HR-related concerns.
• Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, including manpower, attendance, recruitment, and other HR-related reports.
• Ensure HR administration and processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and applicable Indonesian labor regulations.
• Coordinate with various departments regarding manpower requirements, employee administration, and HR activities.
• Support the implementation of HR activities and programs to improve workplace effectiveness and employee experience.
• Maintain the confidentiality of employee information and ensure that HR documents and records are accurate and well organized.
• Perform other HR administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
