Job summary

PT GREENLY LIFESTYLE INDONESIA is seeking an HR/Recruitment professional to join our fast-paced Surabaya team, covering recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and handling employee queries in a dynamic environment.

You will screen hundreds of resumes daily, drive end-to-end recruitment for all branches, and manage General Affairs such as maintenance, events, asset tracking while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Law or Legal.
• 1 year of experience in Recruitment & HRGA or similar.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficient with HRIS software and General Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Support all HR activities, such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Training & Development, Addressing employee queries, Investigating allegations of misconduct, etc
• Screening of hundreds of resumes daily & responsible for end-to-end recruitment of all branch
• Handle & coordinate General Affairs such as maintenance / repair / improvement & technician schedule, organize company events, ensures timely maintenance of assets, keep track of all asset, etc
