Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Min. 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Experience in end-to-end employee administration (letters, contracts, etc.), compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HRIS, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Creative and interested in managing employer branding activities.
• Understands basic Organizational Development concepts and practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee administration and documentation.
• Monitor attendance system and HRIS to ensure accurate employee data.
• Manage and monitor employee work contracts.
• Manage employee benefits (catering, BPJS, private insurance) and related data.
• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Lead end-to-end employer branding activities from planning through execution.
• Support employee and organizational development initiatives as needed.
