Job summary

PT Anugrah Inovasi Makmur Indonesia (Flimty) is seeking an HR Generalist to manage onboarding, HR administration, and payroll support from our Cengkareng location. The role emphasizes maintaining HRIS data, managing contracts, and overseeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Min. 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Experience in end-to-end employee administration (letters, contracts, etc.), compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HRIS, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Creative and interested in managing employer branding activities.
• Understands basic Organizational Development concepts and practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee administration and documentation.
• Monitor attendance system and HRIS to ensure accurate employee data.
• Manage and monitor employee work contracts.
• Manage employee benefits (catering, BPJS, private insurance) and related data.
• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Lead end-to-end employer branding activities from planning through execution.
• Support employee and organizational development initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field

Min. 1 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role

Experience in handling end to end employee administration (letter, contract, etc.), compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

Familiarity with HRIS, Ms.Office, and Google Workspace.
