Job summary

PT Putra Mulia Telecommunication in Medan is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage daily HR administration, employee documentation, and records. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leaves, and HR databases.

You will assist with payroll and benefits administration, contribute to performance management and employee engagement, and help ensure policy implementation while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or related position.
• Good understanding of Indonesian employment regulations and HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee documentation.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll and employee benefits administration.
• Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
• Assist with other HR projects and administrative tasks as required.
