Job summary

Palladium is hiring a Human Resources Officer for the INOVASI program based in Jakarta. The role supports HR functions, payroll, insurance, BPJS, recruitment, and staff onboarding. Occasional travel to INOVASI areas is required.

This is a full-time national position with an initial 12-month term and potential extension. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, and experience across HR processes in a development context.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in handling HR services or HR generalist functions (including insurance and BPJS support).
• Sound knowledge of Indonesia Labour Law and BPJS requirements.
• Experience in managing broad range of recruitment activities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Support aspects of human resources on the program, in line with Palladium guidelines, DFAT policy, and Indonesian Manpower law.
• Coordinate with payroll, insurance, and BPJS registrations for new staff; provide explanations for forms.
• Serve as main focal point for insurance and BPJS for Locally-Engaged Staff; guide staff on health insurance claims and mutations.
• Register new staff in HR systems; work with Palladium HR Adviser and Finance to ensure payroll registration.
• Process monthly payroll and validate payroll data with Finance and Payroll Coordinator and provider.
• Arrange staff mobilization from residence to work location and coordinate travel terms with Administration.
• Provide training to staff on timesheet and Recruitment and Engagement Training.
• Oversee National STP/STP Panel services; prepare work orders and check contract inputs and remaining days.
