Job summary

Palladium: Make It Possible is seeking an HR Officer to support all HR functions for the INOVASI program in Indonesia. The role focuses on staff onboarding, payroll processing, BPJS insurance guidance, visa handling for expatriates, and HR data management across multiple systems.

Based in Jakarta with travel to other INOVASI areas as needed, the position is 12 months with potential extension and requires Indonesia-based authority to live and work. National/full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in HR services or HR generalist functions (insurance/BPJS, visas, contracts).
• Knowledge of Indonesian Labour Law and BPJS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support HR services on the program in line with Palladium and DFAT policies.
• Coordinate payroll, payroll data validity, and related documentation.
• Act as main focal point for insurance and BPJS for Locally-Engaged Staff and guide staff on claims.
• Manage HR data in HR database, recruitment system, timesheet, and payroll systems.
• Recruitment coordination: posting TORs, screening applicants, arranging interviews, and preparing reports.
