Job summary

Black Sand Brewery is seeking an HR Administrator to support recruitment across all levels in Bali. You will oversee performance appraisals, maintain attendance records, and manage the employee database in a compliant manner.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of HR admin experience in F&B (or 5 years as HR Generalist) and solid familiarity with HRIS systems. Immediate joiner preferred, with Indonesia labor law knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as HR admin in the F&B industry, or 5 years as HR Generalist.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Experience with Talenta HRIS is a plus.
• Able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment process for all levels.
• Oversee the Performance Appraisal process and ensure timely evaluations.
• Monitor and manage attendance and employee database.
• Administer BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Manage contract staff and handle KITAS documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Support and implement HR operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
