Job summary

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong working knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels
• Proficient in HR data analysis and report generation
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
