PT TSING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is seeking an HRGA Generalist to support daily HR operations, policy implementation, and employee relations in Indonesia. The role includes expatriate administration, vendor coordination, and general affairs.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with at least two years of HR/HRGA experience, fluent in Indonesian and English, and familiar with local labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/psychology/business administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR/HRGA experience.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance.

Responsabilités

• Handle general affairs including office supplies, vendor coordination, facilities, and events.
• Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HRGA policies for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain positive employee relations and support a healthy work environment.
• Assist in expatriate administration (visa, KITAS, permits).
• Assist in welcoming company guests.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
