Job summary

PT DWIMITRA LISTENLIGHTS INDONESIA is seeking an experienced HRGA professional to handle HR administrative tasks, manage foreign worker documentation (KITAS), support recruitment and onboarding, payroll, BPJS, and daily office operations. This on-site role requires strong English, meticulous attention to detail, and solid labor regulation knowledge.

Full WFO at our head office in Jakarta Selatan. Candidates should have 2–3 years HRGA experience and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS to ensure

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an HRGA role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience handling immigration documents/KITAS independently with labor regulations knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR administrative tasks (employee data, attendance, leave, and database management).
• Manage foreign worker documentation and KITAS independently (RPTKA, immigration permits, reporting).
• Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Assist with payroll administration, BPJS, and employee benefits.
• Oversee general affairs and daily office operational needs.
• Full WFO in head office Jakarta Selatan.
