Job summary

FEIHE AceKid Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR & GA Manager to lead the HR and General Affairs functions. You will shape HR policies, drive recruitment, onboarding, and performance programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and confidentiality.

The role also covers GA operations, vendor coordination, budgets, and office administration in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR/GA with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Admin, Management, Psychology).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, GA, or related fields with supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of HR administration, recruitment, employee relations and GA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR function, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and execute recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Develop performance management and employee development programs.
• Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Develop and update HR policies and handbooks; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide HR reports, analysis, and recommendations to management.
• Ensure office facilities and GA are well maintained.
• Manage assets, inventory, and office equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
• Handle GA contracts, licenses, permits, and documentation.
• Oversee office security, safety, cleanliness, and facilities.
• Coordinate company events and internal initiatives.
• Develop and monitor GA budgets and admin expenses.
