Job summary

Kredivo is expanding its R&D center in Jakarta, Indonesia and seeking Senior Backend engineers to help build scalable services and tools. You will work on real-time credit scoring and fraud detection using multiple data sources.

The role emphasizes event-driven microservices, collaboration with product teams, and持续 to deliver robust backend systems. Ideal candidates have a strong CS foundation and hands-on experience with Python, Golang or C++, plus cloud exposure (AWS/GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms and CS fundamentals.
• Experience with Python, Golang or C++ is preferred.
• Proficient in microservices architecture and event-driven programming.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services for Kredivo and related platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Business and Sales teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code.
• Own parts of the system and improve them in an agile environment.
• Benchmark, load test, diagnose issues and propose solutions.
• Research and adopt modern backend frameworks and cloud tech.
• Participate in design reviews and propose technical solutions.
