Job summary

Thomsun InfoCare LLP is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Indonesia. You will collaborate with Finance, handle visa processing, and oversee leave management, onboarding and offboarding, and employee records.

The role requires 1–3 years of HR experience focusing on payroll, knowledge of payroll software and HRIS, and strong knowledge of labor laws. Excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience with payroll processing and employee services.
• Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Visa processing, leave management, and employee benefits experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
